The complex comprises 55 Low Level Aged Care (hostel) bedsitter units and 4 two bedroom Independent Living Units.

Residents enter into a Residential Care and Service Agreement in accordance with Commonwealth Government Aged Care Guidelines. An accommodation bond is payable although financially disadvantaged persons will be assessed on their needs and circumstances.
